So, the wind picked up

by Nathan Hamm on 9/18/2003

So, the wind picked up a lot last night and the clouds have really
moved in. I sleep with a fan on, so little wakes me up, but the
rustling of my blinds managed to do the trick this morning.
Only a few light drops of rain so far. On the news last night, the
meteorologist said he gives a 40% chance now for Philadelphia to catch
the heavier tropical storm conditions from the strong side of Isabel.
Yourish has a report on members of the Axis.

Midnight, I’m out in my poncho to see what tropical storm force winds are all about.
