by Nathan Hamm on 9/19/2003

The wind and rain has been pretty nasty the last hour or so, but it was
kind of weak when I went for a stroll just a second ago. They’re saying
on the news that Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties got it a

the night. If things work out right, the number of people without power

now) will grow to include my place of work and I’ll get a day off.
