The most annoying thing about

by Nathan Hamm on 9/21/2003

The most annoying thing about living on the east coast is not
being able to see almost every game that the University of Oregon plays
during the college football season. If I could pick just one per
season, today’s 31-27 upset of Michigan.
Some of the weirdest special teams plays I’ve ever seen and two of the
worst calls I’ve ever seen Mike Bellotti make, but we still pulled it
off. I’m a third generation alum, so this feels pretty damned good.
The icing on the cake was making Chris Perry look like a chump. Only 26
yards for the nation’s leading rusher? Still, I gotta admit that once
Michigan figured out that Navarre could throw on Oregon’s short
seconday, it got a little scary. But, God wears Thunder Green and
Lighting Yellow.
