Russian Military Aid/Caption Contest

Kyrgyzstan receives $3 million in Russian military aid. And, from the looks of it, they promptly handed it over to us…


The official caption: “A Kyrgyz colonel watching as U.S. military attache Mark Hallisey tests a Russian assault rifle at the Kant base Monday.”

That is begging for a better one though. The colonel either wants his gun back or wants Hallisey out of that uniform. No prize but glory for this one…
