Trans-Afghani International Transport Corridor Construction Begins

According to Ferghana.ru, Uzbekistan will receive $150 million from the USA, in order to build the Termez-Mazar-i-Sharif railway line. This is the first link in a railroad that eventually could reach Pakistan, fulfilling the dream of the Trans-Afghani International Transport Corridor to take cargo by rail from ships in the Indian Ocean to Tashkent, and beyond…
