Murray Update

The BBC reports that the Foreign Office has withdrawn Craig Murray as ambassador to Uzbekistan. I guess that’s a fancy way of saying he’s been fired. No reasons were given.

Would you prefer a reason of “different assignment and new place of residence in capacity as Ambassador to France”(f.ex) was given?
“No comment” is so telling it doesn’t require comments….

I’m very happy with no reason. If they hold on to him, they’ll probably send him to some insufferable place without bars.

Or Pitcairn, he might like it there…

Well, I’d never censor myself.

At the same time, my tone comes across much better in person. But, I’m all reclusive and whatnot.
