Investment Guide to Uzbekistan

In one of my earlier comments I have noted that there are not enough investments in Uzbekistan, especially the US companies are not as active as they might be. Of course, one of the main reasons for this is lack of knowledge about the region, I think. So in this regard, American and other investors reading the Argus will possibly find this report from PriceWaterhouseCoopers on the investment and business climate in Uzbekistan useful.

Interesting document,( I didn’t read it all!). I noticed the local PriceWaterhouse group has a strong Oregon connection. Wonder what their relationship with the government is considering some of the negative things they report (as is their job). Good source of info. Thanks
