IMU/IJU Activity

From an anonymous source doing work with the subject in DC:

  • IMU/IJU activity is way up since Andijon.
  • This has caused intelligence speculation on whether or not they were involved in exploiting (not planning) the protests in the city. It’s very unclear what, if any, role they played.
  • Whether or not they had anything to do with it, they seem eager to exploit it.

This certainly adds a bit of context to the embassy reports and the mentions of strong intel on coming attacks.
