Evacuation News

I’ve now been told by two different people that Peace Corps has evacuated from Uzbekistan. Looks like they actually left today very early in the morning.

Also, I’ve received word that some NGO’s and their employees are leaving and/or making plans to leave soon. Between the new security warnings and the government’s hostility to NGOs, it’s simply not worth being there for many people.
