Give me loot

You may ask yourself, “what the hell happened to the layout?” Well, it’s simple really. I’m a whore. I want your loot. This pirate has an empty treasure chest. Not really, but I am lacking in rubies and ducats.

I finally put up the Paypal button. Feel free to hit it. It does now cost me $15 per month in hosting costs for The Argus and I do spend a lot of time working on it. I appreciate all of you who read and don’t expect anything in return. I really enjoy this. However, I am a professional fundraiser, so I’m always trying to add a money-making component to things. And God knows I rattle the jar 40 hours per week to pay the bills, so I promise not to ask people to donate or anything (unless of course I do ask, in which case you will have proof positive I’m unreliable).

If you’re in the Philadelphia area and you’d rather buy me a beer or something, that’s a nice way to show your appreciation. It’s kind of like a homeless guy saying he’ll work for food. I’ll blog for beer, and I’m actually sincere.

I also threw in the books. Feel free to ask me any questions about any of them.

Also, don’t be surprised if you see me doing more stuff like throwing in ads or something. Enough people already think I’m a deluded sell-out because of my odd political views, so I might as well get paid for my editorial biases.
