The question is &quot;who is the next?&quot; The most probable candidate today is Azerbadjan which did allow the tranfer of power from father to son.  However, there are other countries on the range of these &quot;revolutionary issues&quot; such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan.</description>
