The Rukhnama is going to the space (Russian) with a Turkmen flag on a rocket launching from Baikonur. The report mentions that a Japanese sattelite is tagging along for the ride.

Somebody please tell me who is Niyazov’s wife and where does she live. I read that his son lives in Austria. He has two kids right?
