Perceptions of Corruption Report

You may have heard elsewhere that the new Transparency International perceptions of corruption report is out.
It is no surprise that Central Asian states are still way down on the list. But Kazakhstan (highest of the five states in former Soviet Turkestan at 2.6) showed improvement in perceptions of corruption over the past year.
(And the US needs to do a little work on its score. Waaay too close to France.)
