Turkmenbashi has some guidelines for moral conduct of government officials. Some of the moral qualities needed by officials include honesty, wisdom, generosity, wittiness, humility, simplicity, cheerfulness, and charisma.
And, hey, I don’t see why we can’t use these all the time. So, next time someone is bothering you with their lack of wit or simplicity, be sure to point out what a horribly immoral person they are. I’m sure it would make the Turkmenbashi proud.
