Not only can patients no longer be euthanized, but doctors must all take a new oath–one of allegiance to Turkmenbashi and the Rukhnama delivered kneeling–signifying their solemn commitment to their profession.

Does anyone know if it is in fact true that earlier this year Turkmenbashi closed all hospitals except those in Ashgabat so that all Turkmen would have a reason to see their beautiful and glorious capital and be so damn proud to be Turkmen?
And isn’t that tantamount to genocide of your own people?
