So on the Tekebayev story, there may be a revote b/c of procedural violations on the vote that didn’t accept his resignation (extra ballots were cast). Also, Tekebaev conspicuously did not sign the “death book” of Jusupbek Bakiev, the President’s little brother, who died today. http://www.kabar.kg/rus/polit/20060221/15
