“I just wanted to cuddle him as a kitten”

by Nathan Hamm on 7/6/2006

This definitely says something about Vladimir Putin.

…Putin stunned Russia when he stopped to talk to a little boy during a walk through the Kremlin, asked the child’s name, knelt down and kissed him on the stomach.

“It was not a preplanned meeting… I thought that the boy was very independent and serious but at the same time any child is unprotected and cute… Honest, I just wanted to cuddle him as a kitten. And this wish resulted in a move you are talking about. There was nothing special behind it…” Putin said. He added that he had already forgot the boy’s name.

What the something is that this says, I don’t know, but it’s amusing nevertheless.
