I think that first link has most of the staff at the embassy in Washington since the embassy is quite small. We've been pleased with the Kyrgyz Embassy in Washington too. The Americans were Kaku Kimara and Paul Polites (possibly spelled incorrectly as the names were transcribed from Cyrillic). The Kyrgyz embassy has (some of?) their staff listed <a href="http://kyrgyzembassy.org/embassy_staff.php" rel="nofollow">here</a> and <a href="http://kyrgyzembassy.org/consular.php" rel="nofollow">here</a>. On the off-hand chance that this news could impact the processing of visas, I am quite glad that mine was processed last week. (Actually, I give them high marks for this.
