Kazakh Investment in the Caucasus

by Nathan Hamm

Kazakhstan has long indicated an interest in exporting oil and natural gas through the Caspian and the South Caucasus. It has, in fact, pledged to do so via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline.
