So thank you for showing us the model how to keep the struggle for a real press freedom vivid. Thank you for keeping this list on the web.

They can prison them, torture, punish, arrest, harass, make their life miserable but still do not kill. Journalists in Uzbekistan do not have freedom of speech but they have rights to live. In terms of potential journalists killed, Salidjan Abdurakhmanov and Yusuf Juma (the latter is more a writer than a journalist but anyway… ) are both in prison which means mistreatment and serious risk of TB contagion.
